1. What is the size of the Expo Center?

Approximately 30,000 square feet.

2. What is the size of the Main Exhibit Hall?

22,378 square feet.

3. What is the size of the Seminar Room?

1,045 square feet.

4. What is the capacity of the Expo Center?

The Main Exhibit Hall: 7,459 standing room only, 3,197 chair set-up only, 1,492 table & chair set-up. Seminar Room: 96 theatre-style, 48 classroom, 150 standing room only.

5. What is the height of the Expo Ceiling?

The lowest point is 12 feet – highest 18 feet.

6. Do you have on-site parking?

Yes, there are 300 on-site automobile spaces. Overflow and trailer parking are available at our fairgrounds 1 block away.

7. Do you have a ticket/information office and private restrooms for event hosts?

Yes, the private facilities are located in the ticket office.

8. Is the building handicap accessible?

Yes.

9. Do you have a loading/unloading dock area?

We have a standard loading dock and two retractable doors leading to the Expo floor.

10. Is the Expo Center a secured building?

The building is security alarmed and other security options are available.

11. Do you offer catering services?

We have 4 catering services available. You may request catering and/or concessions for your event.

12. Can we use our own caterer or expo service vendor?

Only if they are a vendor with a signed agreement with the Carlisle Expo Center.

13. Is there a dining area?

We have a dining area which seats approximately 66 and other areas of the Expo may be set up for dining.

14. Can the Expo Floor be divided for two events?

No, the building was designed to accommodate one event. Our clients reap the benefits of our undivided attention to service.
